• Prepare invoices, bills, and compile data for multiple dealerships.
• Complete all dealer trades.
• Prepare, file, and audit finalized deals for compliance.
• Process invoicing for new and used vehicle purchases.
• Prepare loan payoffs for trade‑in vehicles.
• Verify the accuracy of multi‑line items.
• Post deals into the accounting system.
• Reconcile General Ledger schedules.
• Communicate any issues promptly to your lead.
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1‑2 years of dealership billing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug screening.
