Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek the right answer using everyday language.
• Virtual customer-facing role: use video communication software to interact with customers, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax prep software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and extensive tax law knowledge and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

• Must have or be willing to obtain an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
