• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language
• Operate as a virtual, customer-facing role, using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, and document interactions to maintain accurate records

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken)
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complexities of taxation, committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days

Competitive compensation package with base pay range varying by location:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
