What You Will Do

• You will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver answers to customers using everyday language.
• This virtual, customer‑facing role uses state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive tax law knowledge, plus an active PTIN.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation, committed to enhancing our brand and empowering customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable with video/audio tools, professional, friendly, confident.

What You Need

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation

Competitive Base Pay Range based on location (examples:
Bay Area California $28.80–$36.50, Southern California $28.80–$36.50, Colorado $27.50–$34.80, etc.). Additional cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits are available. Baseline pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender to drive ongoing pay equity.
