Seasonal Tax Expert – CPA or EA – Work from Home

Intuit is seeking experienced Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. Candidates must have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney).

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice and full-service return preparation.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customer inquiries.
• Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence using video and audio tools.

• Secure internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base pay range varies by location:
Bay Area $27.80–$35.50, Southern California $27.80–$35.50, Colorado $26.50–$33.80, Hawaii $27.80–$35.50, Illinois $26.50–$33.80, and other states within the $23.80–$35.50 range. Position includes cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans.
