In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use Intuit’s state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Have a minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with extensive tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
• Speak English and Spanish (written & spoken) – bilingual.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer‑service skills; excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay‑For‑Performance Rewards Approach. The Expected Base Pay Range For This Position Is:
