Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional – CPA – Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Interact with customers through state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base pay range varies by location:

• Bay Area, California — $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California — $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado — $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii — $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois — $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland — $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts — $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota — $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey — $28.80 - $36.50
• New York — $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio — $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont — $27.50 - $34.80
• Washington — $28.80 - $36.50
• Washington DC — $28.80 - $36.50
