Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description

Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc's partner company is a rapidly growing software (SaaS) company in California, US. They need a detail-oriented finance professional comfortable working in a highly dynamic tech environment.

We are looking for an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES SPECIALIST, who is extremely organized, meticulous with numbers, and tech savvy. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Corporate Revenue Accounting and interface with departments including Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in finance shared services, including 1 year in accounts receivable (billing, credit memos, payments, account analysis)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Lookups, VBA, Array, etc.)
• Experience with accounting software like Oracle Net Suite, SAP, Quick Books
• Excellent written and oral English skills
• Able to work remotely during EST business hours

Bonus Points (or willing to learn)

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Stripe, Avalara, Maxio
• Experience with Jira, Confluence
• Knowledge of SaaS/subscription billing in high-volume e-commerce

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts receivable operations via SaaSOptics, Oracle Net Suite, Stripe, Avalara
• Manage and allocate cash receipts through online bank portals
• Perform reconciliation and accrual accounting related to SaaS agreements
• Manage and prioritize tasks using the Atlassian Suite
• Handle confidential and time-sensitive material
• Assist with system integrations and automation projects
