Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions for accurate records.
• Work remotely and maintain professional, friendly, and confident customer service.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus active PTIN.
• Bilingual English/Spanish written & spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities, committed to enhancing brand via delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools.

• Must have or be willing to obtain an internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
