Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA - Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

Assist customers with their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to help achieve Intuit’s goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide the right answer to customers in everyday language.
• Communicate virtually with customers via video, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax prep software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients and enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting via video/audio tools in a professional manner.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location. This role is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and work location.
