Seasonal Tax Associate – Work from Home

Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN, we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products with sound professional judgment, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Maintain sensitive customer and proprietary business information responsibly and safely.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver correct answers to customers.
• Conduct virtual, customer‑facing interactions using video communication software, document interactions for accurate records, and interact professionally with customers and team members, adhering to Intuit’s operating values.

• Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexity of taxation and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and any required state licenses, certificates, permits or bonds.
• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week spread across three or more days.

Massachusetts: $21.50 - $27.50 per hour

Minnesota: $18.40 - $23.90 per hour

New Jersey: $21.50 - $27.50 per hour

New York: $21.50 - $27.50 per hour

Ohio: $18.40 - $23.90 per hour

Vermont: $20.50 - $26.20 per hour

Washington: $21.50 - $27.50 per hour

Washington DC: $21.50 - $27.50 per hour
