Seasonal Tax Expert - CPA or EA - Work from Home

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Fully remote role – collaborate with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software, document interactions, and maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and active PTIN.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base pay range varies by location (e.g., Bay Area $27.80–$35.50 per hour, Southern California $27.80–$35.50, Colorado $26.50–$33.80). Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, benefits, and a performance-based rewards approach.
