Logistis for Designers is a women‑owned accounting firm specializing in financial management for interior designers. We’re looking for a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager with 5‑6 years of experience managing a portfolio of 35+ clients to join our growing team.

As a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager, you will oversee a diverse client base, ensuring accurate financials, compliance, and advisory support. You’ll play a key role in onboarding 3‑5 new clients per month and conduct monthly client check‑in Zoom meetings to review financials, discuss P&L reports, and address industry‑specific questions.

• Manage financials for 35+ interior design clients, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Oversee monthly close processes, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
• Manage payroll, ensuring our team of bookkeepers meets all deadlines.
• Lead the onboarding process for 3‑5 new clients per month, setting up financial systems and ensuring a seamless transition.
• Conduct monthly client check‑in Zoom meetings to discuss the status of books, review P&L statements, and answer industry‑specific financial questions.
• Train and mentor bookkeepers as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and client success strategies.

• 5‑6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a client‑facing role.
• Experience managing 35+ clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online (QBO); familiarity with industry tools such as Gusto, Keeper, Karbon, Shopify, and Stripe is a plus.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience with interior design or creative industry clients is a bonus.
• Strong task‑management skills, ability to wear many hats, and a willingness to support a growing team.
