• Compare financial records to ensure accuracy between escrow accounting records, ledgers, and bank statements
• Identify discrepancies and investigate the causes of inconsistencies in financial data
• Work collaboratively with clients to resolve discrepancies and recommend solutions
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data through full-service reconciliation
• Establish and build mutually beneficial relationships with assigned Trust Accounting clients

• 5-7 years of directly relevant reconciliation, accounting, or audit work experience, preferably in the mortgage or title insurance industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn custom applications
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with knowledge of accounting principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with financial software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
