Seasonal Tax Expert - CPA or EA - Work from Home

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products through tax advice, full-service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to customers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software, documenting all interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax knowledge and a valid PTIN.
• Strong customer-service skills and ability to interact professionally through video/audio tools.

• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation ranges by location (e.g., Bay Area: $27.80–$35.50 per hour). This role includes eligibility for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits under Intuit benefits plans.
