Zurich North America is hiring a Premium Audit Auditor II to join our team. This role is remote and available in the following states: CA, OR, WA, , NV, UT, AZ, or NM.

• Plan, organize, and manage assigned workload and territory.
• Provide timely and accurate service to the insured, agents, and internal business partners to complete the audit process on moderately complex risks.
• Provide information and feedback to enhance communication and customer comfort.
• Ensure that audited exposures are accurately calculated.
• Resolve potential disputes/questions related to the auditing function.
• Assist in the training of new auditors.
• Offer technical advice that helps customers solve problems or improve business.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Anticipate customer needs and recommend changes based on trend feedback.
• Escalate technical issues within the function or unit.
• Listen and understand needs, providing feedback for process, customer service, or product improvements.
• Participate in short‑term defined scope projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years in Casualty Premium Audit OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7+ years in Casualty Premium Audit OR
• Zurich-approved Apprenticeship Program including an Associate Degree and 5+ years in Casualty Premium Audit AND
• Experience with laptop computer auditing and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of NCCI Workers Compensation and ISO General Liability rules, manuals, and industry practices.

• APA certification.
• CPCU certification.
• Large, multi‑state premium audit experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

The proposed salary range for this position is $64,600.00 – $, with short‑term incentive bonus eligibility of 10%.
