A leading software company seeks a Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert for a part-time remote role during the tax season. As a Tax Expert, you will assist customers in completing their taxes using Turbo Tax products while providing tax advice and managing inquiries. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with federal and state tax returns, holds an active CPA/EA credential, and possesses excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility to work a minimum of 20 hours/week is required.
