• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit's Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range varies by location:

• Bay Area, California: $27.80 - $35.50 per hour
• Southern California: $27.80 - $35.50 per hour
• Colorado: $26.50 - $33.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $27.80 - $35.50 per hour
• Illinois: $26.50 - $33.80 per hour
• Maryland: $26.50 - $33.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $27.80 - $35.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $23.80 - $29.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $27.80 - $35.50 per hour
• New York: $27.80 - $35.50 per hour
• Ohio: $23.80 - $29.30 per hour
• Vermont: $26.50 - $33.80 per hour
• Washington: $27.80 - $35.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $27.80 - $35.50 per hour
