Join Intuit as a Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional to help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. In this fully remote, customer‑facing role you will provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.

• Help customers complete federal and state individual tax returns.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and respond to product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and communicate the correct answer in plain language.
• Conduct virtual customer interactions via video communication software and document interactions accurately.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfortable interacting with customers via video/audio tools.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Position offers a base pay range by state (e.g., Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50). Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits based on job‑related factors.
