Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer.
• Use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax prep software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxes and enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work minimum 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.
