Join our CFR 7 SW team in Siemens Digital Industries Software as an Senior Accountant General Accounting and help us ensure conformity with our global accounting standards and provide meaningful & insightful information to our Management.

What role will you play?

You will be a member of a team that provides expert technical accounting support and full cycle accounting.

As a member of a team that operates in a highly transformative accounting and reporting landscape, you will continuously drive initiatives to improve and optimize our system and process.

Support merger and acquisition topics

You will partner with colleagues in our accounting organization, purchasing, tax, finance, IT as well as other internal and external stakeholders such as our auditors and lead topics to closure.

With a passion for technology, you will be supporting the deployment of our SAP ERP system (S / 4 Hana) and other finance and reporting tools.

Does this sound good? Our ideal candidate will …

• Be interested in the challenge of working in a dynamic and fast paced international environment
• Have a finance / accounting degree, with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a similar accounting role / CPA or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Spanish is required
• Display accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills and demonstrate exceptional critical thinking skills with the capability to break down complex problems to determine root cause issues and troubleshoot and develop systemic solutions
• Excellent interpersonal acumen and executive presence including written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to explain complex accounting topics and financial results to senior leadership
• Have advanced experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP
• Be excited to collaborate with our finance and business teams in the office for 2-3 days per week

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $82,100 to $147,800 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation.

The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education / training.
