Seasonal Tax Expert - CPA or EA - Work from Home
Overview
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products
- Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language
- Interact with customers through state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN
- Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers
- Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
- Minimum of 20 hours per week spread across three or more days
Expected Base Pay Range For This Position Is
- Bay Area California $27.80 - $35.50
- Southern California $27.80 - $35.50
- Colorado $26.50 - $33.80
- Hawaii $27.80 - $35.50
- Illinois $26.50 - $33.80
- Maryland $26.50 - $33.80
- Massachusetts $27.80 - $35.50
- Minnesota $23.80 - $29.30
- New Jersey $27.80 - $35.50
- New York $27.80 - $35.50

- Vermont $26.50 - $33.80
