Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant/Certified Public Accountant (CPA) based in Spirit Lake, IA, with some flexibility for remote work. The responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing tax preparation processes, overseeing accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The candidate will collaborate closely with clients, provide financial guidance, and assist in implementing efficient financial practices.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in drafting, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements
• Experience in Tax Preparation and knowledge of current tax regulations
• Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification
• Solid background in Finance and Accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in public accounting or a similar role is a plus
