• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records
• Work toward advancing Intuit’s goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus active PTIN
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken)
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days
