Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products; provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to support our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer in everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role; you will use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly manner.

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
