In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• As a virtual, customer‑facing role, you will use our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers, and you will document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, committed to enhancing our brand via customer delight and empowerment.
• Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is as follows:

• Bay Area California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50

This position also eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit plans and programs. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location, and Intuit regularly compares across categories of ethnicity and gender to ensure pay equity.
