Seasonal Tax Advisor

Monotelo Advisors Inc is seeking to expand our seasonal tax support team with bright, motivated individuals who desire to be part of a winning team.

Seasonal Position – December through May 1st

• 401(k)
• 401(k) matching
• Profit sharing
• Training & development

• Data entry
• Prepare tax returns
• File individual 1040 tax returns
• Invoice/collect payments
• Interact with clients
• Support the team that files small‑business returns (Form 1120S)
• Support the team that files partnership returns (Form 1065)

• A desire to learn and grow
• Strong analytical and oral communication skills
• Capacity to self‑direct and take initiative
• Proficiency in tax preparation
• Ability and willingness to grow personally and professionally
• Technical aptitude to learn new technology
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Enrolled Agent status
• CPA designation will be strongly considered (not required)
• Or minimum 7 years of experience with demonstrated proficiency in tax preparation
