Role OverviewAs a Tax Senior, you’ll bring strong technical skills, growing leadership ability, and a client service mindset to firms that prioritize both career advancement and quality of life. In this role, you’ll take ownership of tax engagements, support and review staff-level work, and contribute to delivering excellent client service in a modern, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review complex tax compliance engagements for individuals and businesses.
- Assist with tax planning and advisory projects in collaboration with firm leadership.
- Provide guidance and training to staff accountants, offering constructive feedback and support.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standards and evolving tax laws.
- Use technology to streamline workflows and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.
- CPA license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on tax.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage projects independently.
- Solid technical tax knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
