• Maintain accurate financial records using Quick Books with professionalism.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to assist in decision-making.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements and oversee transaction monitoring.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our USA clients.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to ensure clarity.

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, particularly with Quick Books.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience working with USA clients is essential.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
