• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries, advancing our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with base pay ranges by location. Example ranges:

• Bay Area California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
