OverviewIntuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
- Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
- Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range varies by location (examples: Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50, Colorado $27.50 - $34.80, etc.). This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
