What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and a valid PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxes and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfort interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area (CA): $28.80 - $36.50 / hour
Southern California (CA): $28.80 - $36.50 / hour
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80 / hour
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50 / hour
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80 / hour
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80 / hour
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50 / hour
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30 / hour
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50 / hour
New York: $28.80 - $36.50 / hour
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30 / hour
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80 / hour
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50 / hour
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50 / hour

This position will be eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits according to our applicable plans and programs.
