Seasonal Tax Expert - CPA or EA - Work from Home

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, including tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and management of product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the correct answer to customers using everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
