AboutThe Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to support general accounting activities across multiple operating entities. This role focuses on core accounting fundamentals, month‑end close execution, and balance sheet integrity. It is suitable for someone with 2–4 years of experience looking to build a strong accounting foundation in a growing organization.
What You’ll Do- Support and execute month‑end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with fixed asset and lease roll‑forwards
- Support intercompany accounting and eliminations across multiple entities
- Partner with internal teams to research and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Assist with audit requests and documentation as needed
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and financial reporting systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of close processes and controls
- 2–4 years of accounting experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, or a combination
- Hands‑on experience with month‑end close
- Able to clearly articulate close timelines, responsibilities, and ownership
- Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- Prior audit or Big 4 experience is a plus, not required
- CPA not required
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a multi‑entity environment
- This is a hybrid role with regular in‑office presence required
- Candidates must be comfortable commuting to the office as part of their normal work schedule
- This is not a fully remote position
