Our client, a local accounting support firm, is seeking a Bookkeeper to manage multiple client accounts, maintain accurate financials, and ensure deadlines are consistently met. Salary is $43-$52k, DOE.

• The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day bookkeeping for 20–30 assigned clients
• The Bookkeeper will reconcile accounts, code transactions, and prepare monthly financials
• Perform month-end close and assist with variance or discrepancy resolution
• Communicate with clients to review results and address accounting inquiries

• 1–5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency with Quick Books Online required
• Familiarity with GAAP and multi-client or nonprofit bookkeeping a plus
• Must live within commuting distance of Dayton, Ohio
