Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

Full-time hybrid role for an Accountant, based in Bethesda, MD, with some opportunity for remote work. The Accountant will perform essential day-to-day financial tasks, including preparing and maintaining financial statements, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and handling payroll. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, analyzing data to support decision-making, and assisting with budget preparation and forecasting.

• CPA (required)
• Proficiency in Quickbooks (required)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliation
• Proficiency in financial software, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and tax filing
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and create financial forecasts
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities
