Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products through tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. You will use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to each customer in everyday language, using video communication software and maintaining accurate records.

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use Intuit’s state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and excitable to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.

Base pay varies by region (example ranges shown below). This position will also be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
