Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax knowledge and a valid PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing our brand.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism when interacting with customers via video and audio tools.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

The expected base pay range for this position varies by location, e.g. Bay Area California $28.80–$36.50 per hour, Southern California $28.80–$36.50, Colorado $27.50–$34.80, etc. This role is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
