Intuit is seeking Tax Experts who can help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Manage product/software inquiries and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver correct answers to customers using everyday language.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and a PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand.
• Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Competitive Base Pay (Geo‑based) ranging from $24.80 to $36.50 per hour depending on location. Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans and programs.
