In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
- Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and active PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing our brand through excellent customer service.
- Customer-service oriented and comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools.
- Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.
Base pay range varies by location. Example ranges:
- Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
- Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
- Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
- Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
- Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
- Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
- Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
- New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
- New York: $28.80 - $36.50
- Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
- Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
- Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
- Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
