This is a full‑time Tax Manager position based in Orange Park, Florida, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the firm’s tax function, including technical review of tax returns, client advisory services, staff supervision, project management, and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

This role serves as a primary point of contact for tax clients and ensures the delivery of accurate, timely, and high‑quality tax services. The Tax Manager also plays a key role in process improvement initiatives, staff training and development, and firm‑wide strategic objectives.

• CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation required
• Minimum of 4+ years of public accounting experience, with demonstrated progression in responsibility
• Prior experience reviewing federal and state tax returns for individuals and business entities
• Prior experience managing client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact, and advising clients on tax matters
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Proven leadership skills with experience training, mentoring, and developing staff
