Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. You will advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek and deliver accurate answers to customers in plain language.
• Act in a virtual, customer‑facing role using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and a PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written and spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools professionally and confidently.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
