We're a lean, global firm serving 400+ clients—founders building the future in crypto, AI, SaaS, healthcare tech, and more. No layers of middle management. No performative busy work. Just smart people doing excellent work for companies that are actually changing things.

First 90 days: 1099 contractor at $50/hour. We're testing fit—on both sides. You'll see if our pace and culture work for you. We'll see if you can deliver.

After 90 days: Full-time W-2 position at $100K/year, plus:

Work-life balance? Yes. But let's be honest: if you want a job where you coast and clock out mentally at 4:59, this isn't it. We work hard. We take our clients seriously. And we expect you to care about doing excellent work.

• Own the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of tech clients—A/P, A/R, payroll, reconciliations, financial statements
• Master Quick Books Online (this is non-negotiable—you need to be an expert, not "comfortable with it")
• Build financial models and reports in Google Sheets
• Prepare for tax season and ensure compliance
• Work directly with founders and operators who rely on you to keep their finances tight
• Adapt quickly as we roll out new automation tools and tech

• 3+ years of real accounting experience —preferably with tech companies (SaaS, crypto, fintech, AI, healthcare tech)
• Quick Books Online expert —not learning, already there
• Google Sheets power user —comfortable building models, not just filling in cells
• Self-directed and accountable —remote work means no one's watching; you need to deliver anyway
• Detail-obsessed but fast —precision matters, but so does pace
• Excellent communicator —clear writing, responsive, professional with clients across time zones

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. Finance degree? That works too—but you'll need enough hands‑on accounting experience to prove you know the fundamentals inside and out.
