Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounts Payable Specialist based in Riverside, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle tasks such as processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, ensuring payments are made accurately and on time, and assisting with reports. Additional responsibilities include communicating with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable processes, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Experience in the construction or utility industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
