Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and a pre‑filing PTIN.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.

• Secure internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

• Base pay ranges by region:

  • Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
  • Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
  • Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50

  • Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
  • Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
  • Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
  • New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50

  • Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
  • Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
