Senior Manager, Client Accounting Services; Philippines

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Client Accounting Services (CPA) based in the Philippines to lead a global team of accountants and bookkeepers. This is a senior, client‑facing leadership position, with responsibility for overseeing client service delivery, managing international teams, and providing technical accounting expertise. Because this role is heavily client‑facing with U.S.‑based businesses, you will most likely be expected to work full U.S. hours on a regular basis.

-based client accounting services (CAS) firm supporting a wide range of clients from entrepreneurs and small businesses to mid‑size and large organizations with bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and CFO advisory services. We deliver end‑to‑end accounting solutions across industries including real estate, life sciences, e‑commerce, professional services, and many others. • Lead, mentor, and manage global accounting teams across multiple countries, including the U.S. and the Philippines.
• Oversee delivery of accounting/bookkeeping services to a wide range of U.S. clients from entrepreneurs and small businesses to mid‑size and large organizations across diverse industries.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and client‑specific accounting policies.
• Review and approve complex U.S. accounting transactions and provide technical guidance.
• Manage workflow in Karbon, ensuring tasks are properly assigned, tracked, and completed.
• Oversee the use of Quick Books Online, Net Suite, , Gusto, and other cloud‑based platforms to maximize efficiency.
• Utilize advanced Excel and Office
  365 for reporting, dashboards, and analysis.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary escalation point and strategic advisor.
• Partner with U.S. leadership on staffing, client growth, and operational improvements.
• Develop, document, and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures for scalable service delivery.

• CPA designation (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership within an accounting or outsourcing firm.
• Extensive experience working with U.S. clients under U.S. GAAP across multiple industries and company sizes.
• Proven success managing global teams servicing multiple clients concurrently.
• Advanced technical proficiency with Asana, Quick Books Online (mandatory), Office
  365, Excel (advanced).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership, client management, and cross‑cultural collaboration skills.

This is a full‑time employee role (not a contractor position). You’ll be contributing remotely while benefiting from a collaborative global team environment. Due to the client‑facing nature of the role, you should expect to align with U.S. work hours most of the time.
