What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries, advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the correct answer to customers using everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. Document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax prep software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written & spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

What You Need

• Valid internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package. The expected base pay range varies by location:

• Southern California $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30
