Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.

• Work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.

• Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Capitalize on state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and a PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base pay ranges vary by location (USD):

• Bay Area California $28.80 – $36.50
• Southern California $28.80 – $36.50
• Colorado $27.50 – $34.80
• Hawaii $28.80 – $36.50
• Illinois $27.50 – $34.80
• Maryland $27.50 – $34.80
• Massachusetts $28.80 – $36.50
• Minnesota $24.80 – $30.30
• New Jersey $28.80 – $36.50

• Vermont $27.50 – $34.80
• Washington $28.80 – $36.50
