• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to customers in everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities, committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers, and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
