• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to customers in everyday language.
• Work virtually as a customer-facing role, using video communication software to interact with customers, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally and confidently.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
